I have been designing and making clothes since I was knee high to a grasshopper! My original clothing line, ila, was adored and worn by many - including Kate Hudson at the 2003 MTV Video awards.

I started creating baby dresses when so many of my friends started having babies. Hence the birth of Baby Ila. My customers and fans include Rachel Mcadams, Glenn Close, Tate Donovan, Rose Byrne, Mei Lai Hippisley Coxe, Minty and countless Manhattan and Brooklyn parents. Many parents have described the dresses as true heirloom pieces that they will hold on to forever. I hope you will feel the same.
